Gentlemen of the press, as you may be aware, on Sunday 25th
March 2012, three brothers of the same parent namely, Charles Akpabio, Emmanuel
Akpabio and Joseph Akpabio of Mbente village, Nkari Clan, Ini Local Government
Area of Awa Ibom State were gruesomely killed before their aged parents namely:
Chief Esesien Akpabio and Mrs. Atim Akpabio by one Noel Nduka (an SSS operative
serving in Akwa Ibom State Command) whose Tel No is 08034731462 in conjunction
with some policemen from Akwa Ibom State Command.
PROLOGUE
On March 24th 2012, three white purportedly working
as expatriate with A.G Vision Nig. Ltd (the contractor handling the
construction of a Dam in Nkari Clan) in the Company of the Benjamin Christopher
Out from Ifa Village of the same Nkari Clan came looking for the children of
Chief Esesien Akpabio and Chief Esesien Akpabio himself. The three white men
came with a wine to invite the Akapbio’s children being the leader of the
youths in the community for a meeting for a Community/Youth Empowerment in
respect of the Dam construction in their village. Joseph Akpabio who is the
Youth Leader then invited the other youths in the village for the meeting which
was then slated for the next day at his residence at Ikot Ekpene, about one
hour (1hr) drive from Nkari clan. Unknown to them, their best friend Benjamin
Christopher Out was used as a bait to lure them out to be murdered by the
Operatives of SSS led by Noel Nduka and some policemen.
When they arrived in Ikot Ekpene the next day and the meeting
took place, while the meeting was ongoing, the three white men excused them to
hold brief meeting with them outside the house. As they stepped outside the
palour, they met over twenty armed policemen and one SSS Operative called Noel
Nduka whom they had known having attended the said Noel Nduka child dedication
ceremony sometime in 2011. The three white men who pretended that they wanted
to hold a meeting with the trio then shook hands with the Noel Nduka and left.
The policemen and Noel Nduka rounded them up and ordered everybody
in the compound to lie face down, handcuffed them behind and forced them into
their trucks. Benjamin Christopher Akpan Out who was handcuffed had his
handcuff released. He suddenly began to discuss with the policemen freely. The
policemen and Noel Nduka (the SSS Operative) opened fire on them (about six of
them) on their knees and crippled them. They used a raffia rope to tie Joseph
who was questioning Benjamin what crime they had committed that he lured them
into the hands of the SSS Operatives. Only Benjamin was not hurt. The Police
and the SSS drove them to their village with Benjamin to identify the father of
Emmanuel, Charles and Joseph to be killed. On getting to the village, Benjamin
was given a face mask to cover his face. The Police and the SSS Operatives on
arrival at Chief Esesien’s house ransacked everywhere looking for Chief Esesien
while the masked Benjamin was directing the Police and the SSS Operatives as to
the possible place Chief Esesien Akpabio could be found. Eventually, the Police
and the SSS Operatives dragged Charles and Benjamin to the plantain tree at the
back of the compound and executed them in the presence of their aged parents.
The other four boys including Emmanuel Akpabio were then taken away and were
subsequently executed and dumped at the roadside and labeled armed robbers by
the SSS Operatives and the Police.
Our findings indicated that Chief Esesien Akpabio owns Eighty
percent of the total land mass where a Dam is being constructed in Nkari Clan
and the Federal Ministry of Water Resources had approved about Five Hundred
Million Naira (N500M) as payment of compensation to the owners of the land
where the Dam is being constructed. Our investigations also reveal that Senator
Aloysius Akpan Etok (Chairman Senate Joint Committee on Public Service and Establishment), the current
Senator representing Ikot Ekpene Senetorial District in the Senate of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria in conjunction with a former Governorship Aspirant
in Akwa Ibom State, Bassey Ekpenyong Inuaenyen hired the State Security Agent
(Noel Nduka) and the killer policemen to eliminate the family of Chief Esesien
Akpabio in order for them to share the compensation in respect of the land whereof
the Dam is being built.
At the moment, the SSS and the killer Police are still
hunting for Chief Esesien Akpabio and the daughter, Lady Apostle Helen Ukpabio
for Elimination in order for them not to have any challenge in the sharing of
the Dam compensation. The said Benjamin Christopher Akpan Out who played the
biblical role of Judas Iscariot in the dastard act of the murder of the Akpabio’s
was recently compensated by a councillorship slot by the said Sen. Aloysius
Akpan Etok and he could be reached on telephone number, 08025341371. The details of the horror and gruesome murder
could be found on the following blogs on the internet and on youtube, www.murderedandframed.blogspot.com,
www.murderedandframedtwo.blogspot.com.
We therefore call on the President Federal Republic of
Nigeria, the Director General of State Security Service, the Inspector General of
Police and the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to urgently
convene a tribunal of inquiry to look into this barbaric act of state
terrorism, arrest and apprehension of Sen. Aloysius Akpan Etok, Noel Nduka (SSS
Operative), Mr. Benjamin Christopher Akpan Out and the three white men working
with AG Vision Nigeria Limited for the individual and collective role played in
the gruesome murder of the three Akpabio children. We also call on the
President to urgently recover the corpse of Emmanuel Akpabio from the killer
squad who took his corpse away on the 25th of March 2012 for decent
burial.
We urgently implore the President of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria to direct the Inspector General of Police to beef up security around
the Lady Apostle Helen Ukpabio, their aged parents, Chief Esesien & Mrs.
Atim Akpabio and the remaining members of that family, as the killer squad
would do everything possible to conceal any evidence or eye witnesses in
respect of the dastard murder.
Yours Faithfully,
Victor Ukutt Esq.
